Square Sushi Tray for Balanced Platter Displays
The WL-40B features a broad 188×188 mm base that gives sushi chefs room to build balanced arrangements around a central presentation. Unlike a narrow roll container, this bandeja de sushi quadrada accommodates nigiri, sashimi, rolls, garnish and side portions within one organized platter.
Clear Lid with a Defined Locking Edge
The fitted lid follows the square perimeter of the base and uses a defined edge to help keep the two components aligned during handling. Its transparent surface maintains visibility across the full platter, while the 40 mm lid height leaves space above layered rolls and garnished food arrangements.
Party Sushi Tray for Family and Group Portions
The square layout works especially well for shared assortments that need more width than a long or boat-shaped container can provide. As a family sushi platter, the WL-40B is suitable for catering selections, party orders, supermarket meal combinations and restaurant takeaway packages.
